In 2017, the Middle Urals Development Corporation plans to spend 40 million rubles on the development of the Bogoslovsky park. Now this is the leading project of the KRSU, which several years ago received billions in funding from the regional budget, which often caused criticism. Now the corporation does not receive such support and intends to focus on the construction and development of the industrial park.
Note that Bogoslovsky is located in Krasnoturinsk, where new head KRSU Sergey Kiselev. He was appointed to this post a month ago.

He says that four types of industries can be accommodated there. Further plans include the construction of three more such incubators (previously it was said about six). “If the project arouses great interest among businesses, then it will be possible to place new sites,” the head of the KRSU specified.

The corresponding decision was made by the board of directors of the corporation, which includes representatives of the government of the Sverdlovsk region.

Kiselev previously served as Deputy Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region and was relieved of his post by decree of the Governor on January 13, 2017. He has already started working at the Corporation for the Development of the Middle Urals.
Among the tasks facing the Corporation for the Development of the Middle Urals, there is an increase in investment interest in the region from Russian and foreign companies. Another task is the development of the industrial park "Bogoslovsky" in Krasnoturinsk, which, by decision of the Russian government in 2016, was assigned the status of TASED - a territory of advanced socio-economic development.
Another area of work is related to the development of KRSU as a center of competence in the industrial real estate market of the Sverdlovsk region.

According to Kiselev, the main task that the head of the region set for him was to increase investment interest in the Sverdlovsk region from various Russian and foreign companies. According to the director of the corporation, this requires the consolidation of efforts of development institutions and authorities. The second task is the development of the Bogoslovsky industrial park in Krasnoturinsk. The third direction is the development of KRSU as a center of competence in the industrial real estate market of the Sverdlovsk region.
“The Corporation for the Development of the Middle Urals has already done a good job, held many meetings and negotiations, and achieved certain results. My task now is to turn quantity into quality and systematize the activities of the KRSU, ”said Sergey Kiselev, who began working in the regional government only in March 2016 (before that, he was the first vice president of the Theological Construction Company).
Earlier (after the departure of Sergei Bidonko to the State Duma of the Russian Federation), Kiselev was seriously called the main candidate for the post of head of the Sverdlovsk Ministry of Construction, but this post was eventually taken by a native of the UMMC, Mikhail Volkov.
It should be noted that the previous head of the KRSU, Dmitry Popov, left his post at the very end of last year, his contract expired, and they did not renew it. It is assumed that this year Popov will work in the regional government or one of the government agencies. The activities of Dmitry Popov, who spent two years as head of the KRSU, are assessed by experts as positive: they managed to achieve the first noticeable results, for example, a tangible increase in demand from investors in the Bogoslovsky industrial park in Krasnoturyinsk.
JSC "Corporation for the Development of the Middle Urals" was established by the government of the Sverdlovsk region in 2010 to create a favorable investment environment, create the best conditions for investing in industrial, social, transport, housing and communal infrastructure in the region. The Corporation implements the following projects: IEC Ekaterinburg-EXPO; Hospital of Restorative Innovative Technologies (Nizhny Tagil); creation and implementation of industrial park projects.
